Postdoc positions in analog/RF IC design

Applications are invited for a few Postdoctoral Fellow positions at Center for Analog/RF IC design (CARFIC), School of Microelectronics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), in the areas of analog/RF integrated circuits design or ADC design. The position is mainly for a wireless transceiver project.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the design of circuits in wireless transceiver for the applications such as communication, navigation or radar. He/She will be a key contributor to the design, verification, and testing of an advanced RF/mm-wave circuit and system.

Applicants should have a doctoral degree from a world-famous university in Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines. Hands-on experience in analog/RF and digital design is required and experiences of successful tape-out of RF system-on-chip is preferred. The position holder will be required to travel both within China and abroad to do research and attend conferences, and may be requested to undertake some light teaching duties. Successful candidates are expected to conduct independent research and publish his/her research work in respected journals and conferences. The candidate will help to guide graduate students in related areas.
