上海交通大学致远荣誉计划博士生导师
杨崇和博士是首位从硅谷“海归”的芯片设计专家。于1994年回到上海后，先后成功创立了新涛科技（2001年被硅谷IDT公司并购，名列当年中国十大并购案）和澜起科技（2019首批科创板上市）两家芯片设计公司。先后荣获IEEE CAS产业先驱奖，JEDEC杰出管理领袖奖和上海市白玉兰荣誉奖等奖项。
杨崇和博士在国际学术期刊和会议上发表的论文涵盖了通讯、硬盘驱动、锁相环、运算放大器、低噪声逻辑以及砷化镓器件与电路等多个领域，尤其是他在国际上首先提出运算放大器“最小建立时间”的理论及计算方程，不但被诸多国际知名学府的相关专业编入研究生课程中，也被工业界广泛采用。

1997年获北京大学微电子学士学位，2000年获北京大学微电子硕士学位，2004年获美国华盛顿大学电子工程博士学位（导师：David J. Allstot 教授，美国工程院院士，IEEE Fellow）。2004年8月加入美国高通公司，历任资深工程师，主管工程师，资深主管工程师，项目经理。2012年5月加入上海交通大学微电子学院，任特别研究员，博士生导师，2012年青年海外高层次人才，2015年离职创业。
曾任上海韦玏微电子有限公司联合创始人兼总经理 （已被收购），组建并带领团队成功研发多款手机射频前端芯片，终端客户包括华为，三星，OPPO，小米，联想，累计出货量超过10亿颗。
创立苏州瀚宸科技有限公司，任创始人兼总经理，专注于高速光通信和高频微波芯片的研究。

Kamal El-Sankary/访问学者
Dr. Kamal El-Sankary received his B.Eng. degree from the Lebanese University in 1998, his M.A.Sc. degree from the University of Quebec in 2002, and his Ph.D. degree from Ecole Polytechnique, University of Montreal, in 2006, all in electrical engineering. He joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Dalhousie University in 2006, where he is currently an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean of Student Affairs for the Faculty of Engineering.Dr. El-Sankary is the Chair of the Atlantic Canada IEEE Circuits and Systems and the Solid State Circuits Joint Chapter (2007-present) and the Editor-in-Chief of the Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics Journal (2013- present).He has twice been awarded the Outstanding Teaching Award for the Faculty of Engineering in 2009 and 2015.
His research interests are: RF, analog, digital, and mixed-signal integrated circuits and systems design, and signal processing in nanoscale CMOS technologies
Hanie Ghaedrahmati/国际学生
Hanie Ghaedrahmati pursued her PhD with Professor Jianjun Zhou at Shanghai Jiaotong University (SJTU), Shanghai, China since September 2014 and graduated at 2018. She is PhD visiting student in UCD under supervision of Professor Robert Bogdan Staszewski From January 2016. She received her MSc in Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics) from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2013, and her BSc in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, Iran in 2011.
Her research interests are: 1.ADCs Design 2.High Precision, High Speed and Low Power Comparator Design
